Kasper Dance Studio proudly supports NDCA competitions and we prepare our students to attend several events through out the year. Below you will see events we have attended, student results, and events we anticipate attending.  Our students work long and hard to attend these events with hours of lessons, and hours of practice, so we welcome you to come cheer us on.  Perhaps you will find it so thrilling you’ll decide to prepare for the next competition!

Kasper Dance Studio is also the proud sponsor of The Windy City Open – Chicago’s largest DanceSport competition.  Held every Labor Day weekend at the Hyatt Regency McCormick downtown Chicago, The Windy City Open offers world class competition for professional, pro/am and amateur competitors as well as World Champion Show Couples. Marzena Fabian danced Silver Latin single dances events, taking 1st place in 8 dances and 2nd place in 2 dances.  She also danced the Silver Championship and Silver Scholarship placing 1st in both events! Great job! Congratulations Marzena and Kris!
Dancing with Joanna Cybulski:
Marek Salamon  Silver & Open Silver Latin single dances events placing 1st in all dances. He also danced in two age divisions of the Silver Latin MultiDance events and placed first! Well done Marek and Joanna!

Dancing with Kris Kasperowicz:
Carlina Renzy-Fox danced Open Gold Standard single dances placing 2nd in E. Waltz, 1st in Tango, 2nd in V. Waltz, 2nd in Foxtrot, and 2nd in Quickstep.  She also danced Open Gold Standard 5 dance Scholarship placing 3rd. Great Job Carlina & Kris!
Michelle Carpentier-Lazarz danced Open Gold Standard single dances placing 1st in all 5 dances and Open Gold Standard Scholarship placing 1st in all dances. Congratulations Michelle & Kris!
Marzena Handzel danced Pre-Bronze Latin single dances placing 1st in ChaCha, Rumba, Samba & Jive. She danced Intermediate Bronze Single dances placing 2nd in ChaCha, 4th in Samba, 4th in Rumba, 1st in Jive. She also danced Closed Bronze 3 Dance Championship placing 5th overall. Well Done Marzena & Kris!
Dancing with Joanna Cybulski:
Marek Salamon danced Open Silver single dances placing 1st in ChaCha, Rumba & Jive. He also danced Full Silver single dances placing 1st in ChaCha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble & Jive. He danced the “A” division Closed Silver Latin 3 Dance Championship placing 3rd; the “B” division Closed Silver Latin 3 Dance Championship placing 4th  and he danced the Silver Latin 3 dance Scholarship and placed 5th overall. Wow – tons of dancing, way to go Marek & Joanna!

Pawel Trzeciak & Karolina Kalita danced junior Intermediate Silver Standard single dances placing 2nd in all dances. They also danced the Junior Silver Standard Championship and Scholarship placing 2nd.
